This Shipping Policy explains how Custoo, operated by MOUSSED-WERNITZ DIMOS, handles production, shipping, and delivery for orders placed at https://custoo.shop.

1. Overview

Every Custoo product is made to order and personalized with your design. After you complete checkout, your order is sent for print-on-demand production and shipped to the delivery address you provide.

Orders are fulfilled through our production partners, including Gelato and its production network. Items may be printed and shipped from the facility best placed to deliver your order efficiently.

2. Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Product availability, shipping options, and delivery costs are determined by your delivery address and shown at checkout before you complete payment.

3. Processing and production time

Because each item is produced on demand after your order is placed, processing begins only after checkout is complete.

Production time depends on the product, customization workflow, and current production workload. Dispatch and delivery times also depend on the product and carrier.

As a general guide, production usually takes around 2 business days, followed by delivery that usually takes 5 to 7 business days within the United States. These timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping fees, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete payment.

We may offer free-shipping promotions when your cart meets a published threshold in the displayed currency. Promotional terms are shown on the site at the time of the offer and may change or end without prior notice.

Taxes and any applicable charges are also calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and applicable law.

5. Order tracking

When your order ships, a tracking number is provided by email or through your order status whenever available from the carrier.

Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may take time to appear after the package has been handed over for delivery.

6. Delivery address

You are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable shipping address at checkout, including your name, street address, city, state, and ZIP code.

We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect a parcel. In those cases, you may not be entitled to a refund of shipping or production costs.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided or to the carrier where local law allows.

7. Split shipments and carrier delays

If an order contains multiple items, parts of your order may ship separately depending on production timing and fulfillment routing.

Carrier delays, weather events, customs processing where applicable, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery timing. Estimated timelines shown on the site or in order communications remain estimates only.

8. Lost, damaged, or incorrect deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at help@custoo.shop with your order number and photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Please do not return items to our business address unless we provide return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
